When I checked My eBay page, I noticed one item was listed 4 times. Item #3647412912 Oak Wood Frame for 7-UP poster. I listed through SMPro only once. How did the other 3 listings pop up? I already ended the three. Thanks!

Hello,

Duplicate listings may result from the following conditions:

1. During the create listing process in Sales Manager, you may have accidentally double-clicked on the "launch" button, or used "stop" and "refresh" if there was a delay.
2. If you used Sales Manager Pro, you may have resynchronized a batch again after an error during synchronization. In this case, some auctions may be uploaded before the error is produced. If you resynchronize without removing these from the batch, they will be duplicated. We recommend checking your online account and/or email account before uploading again if you receive a synchronization error.
3. You may have attempted to list a large volume from Inventory, resulting in a page timeout. The browser error may have instructed you to reload the page, which can result in duplicate listings if you do not check Sales Manager to see if any listings were created before the timeout occurred.

Feel free to apply for refunds on the three once you get the refunds from eBay.

Regards,

Sonya

I've experienced similar double listings the last few days and there must be another Vendio reason other than the 3 given. And I don't see anyway to get a listing refund from eBay when forced to end an auction early.

So many unexplained bugs in the eBay and Vendio systems lately.

I recall now. I had several auctions scheduled to launch at the same time, but I noticed within minutes that two had failed to launch due to some nebulous error. So I pulled them up and did a 'launch now' which was successful. And I think those are the two that ended up double listed. There is a bug in the system.

Hello riverfarm,

If you ever see an undefined error, it is best to check eBay to see if the listings did launch. At times when there is API latency some listings will launch despite errored listings remaining in pending. We always suggest checking eBay before relaunching errored listings.

Sorry about that!

Hello Diana, please try and let us know When vendio will try and correct this problem with Ebays API Portal previous posts on this matter get the same response that it is something that we are doing wrong when it is definitely something wrong with the way info is getting sent to ebay that makes the page time out when this happens we just close out of the error page and start up vendio again to find that they have double listed right now we are down to listing 9 items at once (only once did it double list with 9 items so far I wont dare to go over that # of listings anymore) from inventory when before july we were able to list a whole page of 100 this is very time consuming. We have 1500 items in inventory so listing them at 9 at a clip is insane It is not always obvious till it is too late to stop these listings the fees and time incurred when this happens is overwhelming Please help us out here as always thank you for your time
