You can do all that by exporting your archived auctions into excel under the archived items tab. Once you get it there you can cut, copy and paste all the info you want into new worksheets on the same spreadsheet. Even if someone sets up a spreadsheet for you, you will still have to do some of this.
These are the type of reports that Vendio is working on putting into the system. You would be better off waiting for them. They are getting a lot of people asking for this very thing, so it shouldn't be too long before it is available. There is a Want List tread on now that you should post this on.

I've been asking Vendio for this for two years! I'm a pretty heavy Excel user but I discovered early on that the problem with exporting from Vendio into Excel is that there are several items that go in as LINKED data ... so that when you click on them for column sorting, you actually open your internet connection to that auction. A real pain. It becomes so unwieldy that I gave up. I sure can't wait until they correct this problem. They've taken a lot of surveys and keep throwing these options in but I think they want to charge $$ for them........
