Hi there! I am trying to figure out how to get into "global preferences" so that I can edit my default description. I haven't used Vendio since it was AuctionWatch and a lot has changed since then. Thanks Kym :0)

Hi!
On the main page (after login), go to
"My Account" tab (at the top), then under "Seller's Preferances" is "Global Preferances"...

close your SMPRO up completely.
Reopen
Click the box on the left of the screen that says SYNCHRONIZE.
Make sure you turn off your firewall/antivirus program before doing so.
BE SURE to turn it back on after you finish!
That will do the trick!

Hi liveinjeans! You need to know that you are talking to a bit of a computer idiot!! LOL!! I figured out that SMPRO is probably sales manager pro (right?) but I think I have opted in for "sales manger". I did check when I reopened it but I didn't see anywhere on the side that showed "synchronize". Any further help you could offer would be greatly appreciated!! Kym :0)

Don't go online to synch!
Open from you desktop.
It will show the listing box, as if you are preparing to create listings.
There is an area on the left side of the screen.
That is where you do the synching!
NOT ONLINE!
