Hello.

We posted this previously here:

It was recommended that we post it within this section for better relevance and responses. Here is a recap of what we were asking:

"We have emailed support 3-4 times with different inquiries using the standard "Contact Vendio Support" form within the past week, and have received absolutely no responses what so ever. What is going on? We are aware that responses arrive in Customer Manager which we actively use. We have received timely responses in Customer Manager in the past. Never had a problem until now. If paying for Phone Support is now required to receive timely support, then so be it. But we would like to hear that from someone at Vendio if that is the case. Would someone from Vendio Support care to comment on this? Is anyone else having the same problem?"

You're not alone waiting for customer support. I posted previously and still haven't received any response either. Looks like you may be correct about having to pay for support, though I won't. I will change image hosts before giving in to more fees.

I think they must be on a small 'vacation' ... maybe all these questions will be answered soon.

It's really quite simple. The customer support staff all listed a ton of 5 day auctions on free listing day and did quite well. They've spent the last couple days hauling money to the bank. Christopher is out buying a new Corvette, Sonya is getting a new BMW, and Diana got a new Rolls Royce, but the steering wheel is on the right side and she's waiting for her English chauffeur to show up. They should have these minor problems resolved shortly and be back at their keyboards shortly to answer all our questions.


The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

This is gettin' kind of scary ... not that i need them at the moment, but customer support on this board has been absent for days now! ... it seems vendio is running on autopilot, and we are its passengers. ... hope our plane doesn't nosedive ...

Hello blingzcompany,

As a matter of fact, I cannot locate your requests for help from the email tool, unless you are writing into it from another email address outside of your usual one. Your default email address being the Vendio address, I am showing the last email on file from you coming in on 12/10/03.

Please forward us your requests for help again, or let us know what other email address you may have used to contact us with, and which address you sent it to if you did not use the automatic form at the contact-us page.

I sent an email through the form last week regarding some questions about Vendio stores.
Sonya answered a couple of questions on the board for me, but I sent a couple more to support. I don't know the exact day it was sent because I didn't keep a copy - silly me.

Could you check if it was received as I have not yet gotten a response.
