On Dec. 26, free listing day on eBay, in my rush to get my auctions listed, I forgot to add the pictures to several of my auctions. A few days later when I realized, I pasted and copied them into the auctions. I was shocked this morning to find that I had been charged an extra 10 cents for each of the pictures copied. I thought that if the auction was listed through Vendio, the pictures were included, even if added later. Some of my auctions had 10 pictures, I not only didn't get free listing, I paid a large amount for some auctions that didn't even sell!!
You would only have paid for images in auctions if they did not originate from Vendio. That does include the relisting of those auctions. If you relist an item originally launched via Vendio from eBay directly, you would be paying for image hosting fees on those items.
If you feel you were charged for images on auctions that were both listed originally or relisted directly from Vendio, feel free to request a refund for those charges as that would have been in error.
