I am the winning bidder, and intend on paying through PayPal...your Vendio link is not working for me...says I won some 23s...I will be submitting payment right away, so keep an eye out for it via PayPal.

This problem is getting out of hand! I need my customers to get the correct WBN!! How hard is this to do?? I guess very hard. Every time I write customer support I get the same anwser, " we will look in to it..."
I really need it fixed, this looks very unprofessional to customers...
If you cannot fit it, then could you please give me the name of another auction service that can do this simple job for me? It is just a WBN...
It also shows the exact same title as the auction itself.
However - The checkout link you have entered into your description area appears to be incorrect. Please see the following image to see which link on this page is taking your buyers to an incorrect checkout page.
Just remove the checkout URL and logo you have entered on your own so only the correct ones that Vendio enters appear in your listings. This should help eliminate any further confusion for your buyers, along with any need to shop around for another service.
Regards,
Christopher

There are three possible links to click on generated by Vendio, and one you have added to the listing yourself. I have circled the one that you have added on your own, please click on that link you added yourself to see the title of the listing it shows. As you can see, this is the title of the auction that seems to come up anytime you report an error with the WBN customers receive. This is because you have been using the same URL for this checkout button you have manually added on your own to all of your listings.
For this auction, the automatic WBN that Vendio sent was this. As you can see, the automatic WBN email we sent for this item includes a link to the correct item.
There are two other links made by Vendio. One in yellow at the top of the listing, which when you click on you can see is taking the buyer to the correct location as well. The other that Vendio ads is the grey one at the very bottom of the page, and looks identical to that one you have included on your own in the circled example above. If you click on this grey checkout button Vendio added automatically, you will also note the buyer is taken to the correct checkout page.
There is a generic URL for the checkout that you can include in your listings, but you will need to edit your text to start using the generic one instead of this specific one about the 23 inch wheels that your current manually added checkout button is always taking your buyers to and creating this confusion.

ps - From the My Account tab, click on the Custom Listing text link. The text you are looking to edit is this : <a class=customlink href="https://secure.vendio.com/wbn.x?src=std&cid=022588eb47-cf431">

Hi, I also have the same complain from my customers...I am new to vendio and now try to find out how exactly it should work...
I check my "My Account" and "Custom Listing Text"...I do NOT add any other check out URL here...
I wonder and thank vendio's help on clarification:
1) maybe my buyers do not complete the check out page.
2) maybe I do not custom my paypal preference....
One more question, I found some of our customers have make payment directly via paypal but without complete check out page....and PAYPAL DO NOT SHOW THE FEE OF 'SHIPPING AND HANDLING', so my customers only paid me with the winner prices...
is there something wrong while I creat my listing...?
Thanks for any help advice from Vendio or advanced friends....

Hello melodyyarn,
It does not sound like you are having the same problem at all. Are your buyers saying when they go to checkout on your items, that a title for an item other than the item they won appears?
Also, where are your buyers finding the link to pay via PayPal directly, rather than from Vendio? If you have your eBay account setup to display the link to PayPal when your listings close, just be sure that you provide shipping amounts into the eBay checkout specific area of the listing form in addition to the actual shipping section for Vendio. That will cover you in both cases.

Hi, Christopher,
Thank you for your prompt help.
In fact, my customers only complain that they can't pay me via paypal.Since I am new to Vendio and I am afraid it is my mistake, I seperatly sent them eBay invoices again.
However, before eBay invoices were sent out, some buyers already directly made payment via PayPal. After checking with Vendio financial report, I found they just pay me winning prices without shipment and insurance. (since everybody could directly log in paypal and search any payable item won from eBay). That's why I wonder another question if anything is wrong as I creat my eBay lists in vendio.
I've checked some new lists created with the profile in vendio today and found the exactly shipping and insurance and instructions all are correctly shown up in the correct section on eBay lists.
And I also found some customers successfully made payment today. I believe it is my operation error.
Thank you very much for your prompt help, Christopher.
Since Paypal has been integrated with eBay, there are a few different options to apply a Paypal logo to your listing. Please let us know what you prefer:
1. A Paypal logo in the body of your description only, with no eBay references to Paypal in your ad and no "Pay Now" button when your listing closes (this is recommended if you are using Vendio Checkout.)
2. A Paypal logo under "Payment Methods Accepted" in your listings (in addition to the one inserted into the body of your description by our system), with the wording "This seller prefers Paypal" inserted and the "Pay Now" button leading to Paypal only when the listing closes (this will also enable your buyers to go through Paypal checkout and may interfere with your Vendio Checkout process.)
3. A Paypal logo under "Payment Methods Accepted" in your listings (in addition to the one inserted into the body of your description by our system), with the wording "This seller prefers Paypal" inserted and the "Pay Now" button presenting Paypal and all other payment methods when the listing closes (this will enable your buyers to go through eBay's checkout and may interfere with your Vendio Checkout process.)
4. A Paypal logo only under "Payment Methods Accepted" in your listings (in addition to the one inserted into the body of your description by our system), with no "seller prefers Paypal" wording and the "Pay Now" button leading to Paypal only when the listing closes (this will also enable your buyers to go through Paypal checkout and may interfere with your Vendio Checkout process.)
Please let us know what you prefer, and we will let you know how to proceed.
