I have a customer who won several of my auctions, who is now "not a registered user" with eBay. Combined auction order # is 637615635. The normal link for NPBA is not present in post sale mode. My questions is where is it and how can I get it to show up to take care of this?

Hi Spoilerman,
You cannot file an NPBA for a combined order, as eBay does not recognize the order number. If you uncombine the order you can file NPBAs for all the items that were in the order. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".
