IS ANYONE USING EXPORT SHIPPING??

We have been using Dazzle for over a year and have tried to run Export Shipping. I have written VENDIO before on changes that need to be made, but did not have the time to take...until now. If there is even one Vendio customer that is able to use this option I would love to hear from you.


VENDIO....Here is the problem. If you have used Dazzle, you quickly realize that upon shipping a package that it can weigh diferent amounts and can be shipped to many diferent zip codes with many diferent optional extras. Assuming that no information has been put in Vendio (i.e. weight, zip code, etc. by the buyer or seller), every package is going to be diferent. The Export Shipping option (as stated in item #9 of your instructions) prints all labels in bulk once they are downloaded into Dazzle. There is no way to make even the smallest change.

Why is Export Shipping set up this way for Dazzle? The only way to use this program is to stucture it the same way that you have set up Export Shipping for UPS. The addresses are downloaded, then each shipment can to tailored to whatever shipping method, insurance, or any other options are needed. As of right now the Export Shipping for Dazzle is unusable. Unless I am missing something major, this portion of Export Shipping either needs to be changed or don't don't offer it at all.

Why not just use the clipboard monitor in dazzle instead?

Hello,

I will check on this for you. It sounds like it could be a problem in Dazzle but I am not positive on this, so I will get back to you with more information.

Regarding the spell check problem, I responded to your other post about trouble printing the invoices. It may be related to your browser, do you have a lot of windows open? Try clearing your cache and restarting Internet Explorer. Let us know if this helps to clear things up.

I have heard back from engineering regarding export shipping with Dazzle. The problem you have described is a limitation of Dazzle's import functionality. We encourage you to contact them regarding this feature.
