Since Jan. 1, I have not been able to send out any WBNs. NOW, 10 days later, I have found out my shipment notices with tracking numbers aren't going out either. I get a notice that says "A fatal error has occurred while processing your request:
SMTP error: 450 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found".
I have reported this problem and gotten back a couple of replies. One said to check my email address at ebay. (It was OK) The other told me to send them the error message AGAIN. I have changed NOTHING about my account. Vendio OR ebay. Things just started going haywire after the 1st. It is embarrasing to me to have to keep apologizing to my customers for notices they never received. I have 100% feedback and take GREAT pride in that. Anybody else having this crazy problem?
Your email address contains a domain name in it. I tried to go to your domain and it came up as "not found". Please check and make sure your domain registration has not expired, most likely any emails with that name are not going through. The WBN will originate from your email address, which would explain the error message you are getting.
