For some reason I have image fees on auctions that were launced thru Vendio. The image that is listed sometimes isn't even in those auctions. Below are the Reference ID#'s from my statement:
We are currently looking into the issue you have described. In the meantime, please feel free to request a refund for the image hosting fees in you account. You can do this easily by opening two browser windows. In one, paste this URL:
In the other, go to My Account -> Online Statements. You can copy/paste the Ref ID from your statement into the refund request form, submit the entry, then use the back button to go to the next Ref ID. We will process these requests as quickly as possible. If you have more than 25 line items, please let us know.
