New to this...if someone would clarify this for me, that'd be great. It says:
"The Pay As You Go Plan includes most of the features in our monthly plans, but does not include unlimited image hosting (images used when listing using Sales Manager, however, are included FREE). "
1. So if I go with this plan, will I be charged for each image that I upload before they're used in an auction (i.e. charged automatically when they're uploaded)?
2. If this plan doesn't include unlimited hosting, what's the maximum number or size of photos?
3. Can I use as many images as needed for free just as long as I use Sales Manager?

Hi there,
If you are using Sales Manager to list, under the Pay As You Go plan you will not be charged additionally for images. The only images *not* included for free under our Sales Manager payment plans are Zoom images (these are not standard images, and you should only use them if you have items that need to show close-up detail.)
Standard images are not charged on upload, but they are limited to 350kb apiece and if they are not used within 45 days they will be automatically deleted. There is no limit to the number of images you can upload. Note that if you *do not* use Sales Manager to list, you will be charged on a $.10 per-image basis when you use the images in a listing.
