One of my auctions just sold out of my eBay store and is not showing up in the closed listings, and can't find in the active. I've tried importing my auctions and still does not show up. What now? It's item #3654485526. Why does this happen and how can we get the item to show up? This happened another time a week or two ago, but the buyer happened to pay with paypal right after the auction and I didn't take the time to ask.

Ok, it just showed up. Still would like to know why this happens, and if I didn't import the item, and the buyer clicked on the check-out in the ad, would they get the normal routine, or would there be an error? Just curious.

If the item is not being tracked, when they tried to use checkout button off the auction, (There would not be a WBN e-mail) it would not recognize their email as a winning bidder so they would hopefully write an email to you to complain about your lousy checkout.
If they win multiple items, and some are being tracked and some are not, it would recognize them as winning some auctions and not the others.
This is a dilemma I face last week. Not a fun situation when they purchase a bunch of items and go through checkout and it looks like everything is combined for a total and they send a money order, and it turns out an item or two are missing.
