I'm new to Vendio so please excuse my ignorance? When looking at my inventory I have items that are "Inventory" items and some that are "Profile" items. What is the difference? What I'm trying to do is have two separate listings (one for auctions, the other for stores) without having to put something specific in the title.
Please help...thanks!
A profile item is an item entry in inventory that you can apply to new listings that you create through Sales Manager. For example if you have an item you want to sell where a portion of the description is always going to be the same, you can create a listing in inventory and save it as a profile item. Then when you go to Sales Manager to initiate a listing, you'll see the Profile section above the category selection area -- if you click on the drop down you should find your profile item there. Select it and hit 'continue' to go to the next page, where certain portions of your listing will have already been filled out.
