I uploaded 3 images to my zoom folder tonight and 2 of them were bad one had green cast over 90 % of image and the other one had a red cast over at least 70% of the image.
The images show up fine on my PC from the file I uploaded. I deleted them and tried to upload them again. SAME problem except this time the upload of the red cast one was only about 25% at the bottom of image. Will I get charged for the uploads both times and again when I try to up load them again? Need help I want to upload these images to use on auction but can't afford to keep paying for zoom image upload when the upload is no good. I have deleted the bad images and wanted an answer before trying again.

well I just saw note that undeleting Zoom images is subject to charge. so far the bad image uploads have cost me $6.00 This is totally not right to get charged for bad images when it is not our fault. Only images used in an auction should be charged and I have not launched the auction yet. I am trying to get a good upload to the zoom folder. Is it replacing a file I upload with same name back into zoom folder from the deleted bin or is it doing a fresh upload. I am very upset. If you are going to charge it should only be for the good uploads who do I write about this. I am to launch 1 auction with zoom images that will use 3 zoom images and if I get charged for the upload even bad ones then that is outrageous. EVEN undeleting zoom images is subject to charge?????? help. upset I am
I have used oom images before and had no problem now what? .

More information for you on my uploads. First upload was with the new image publishing tool I got at vendio that intergrartes with image viewer. the second upload was from the web site going to my zoom image folder to upload them. Just thought you might want to know that.

Well after several hours waiting and then uploading again which I am sure I will be charged for. Please remove extra charges as I only have 3 zoom images for one auction I want to launch.
I found the problem maybe with the image staying in recycle bin and when previewing them they still looked really bad in preview was maybe due to Internet cache files which I dumped and started over with the preview. Same name file in deleted and current zoom file were not picking up correctly MAYBE but that does no answer why I got so many bad uploads and the fact IF I get charged for all uploads about $10.00 verses the real legitimate charges that should have been of 1st one free and the other 2 at a $1.00 each should be $2.00.
There needs to be a notice to tell people to clear cache files before re uploading any files. Needless to say I have spent over 6 hours on this problem and very upset with the upload process tonight. I have never had such problems here that caused me such headache. Hope others read this and I get an answer ....
I think vendio support must be on vacation as I have never seen it take so long to get answers on call for help on these boards.

Where is everyone?????????????
