Buyers are complaining about getting multiple checkout emails. I'm sending it once, but two emails wind up being sent. I'm clicking only once.
Is it happening consistently or sporadically? This would only happen if you accidentally hit the send button twice, let us know if this continues to happen so that we may monitor the problem.

It's sporadic. Since it started happening, I've been very careful NOT to hit the send button twice or hold it down, and it still happens. I'm sending EOAs daily, so if it happens again soon, I'll let you know.

It just happened again, this time with a WBN for two auctions that I combined. I was very careful to hit the send button once and quickly, and two notices were sent.
Do you receive a carbon copy of your WBNs? If so, please forward both copies to me at [email protected], so I can take a look. Do you notice any unusual behavior after you send the notice (does the page hang or time out?)

Thanks Diana, I'll send the two copies to you. No, I don't notice anything unusual after I hit the send button, just that sometimes duplicates show up in emaiul folders.
