Ok I give. For the last two days when I access any of the tabs (active, post sale, items to ship, etc.) the information is not current. I have to hit refresh every time. What gives?
Also, the bigger problem, when I use the Post Sale on a single customer it displays the check marks indicating completion of steps 1-9. However when viewing all Post Sales the indicators are not there (unless I hit refresh and then again sometimes this doesn't show them).
I'm very frustrated trying to keep track of what I've completed. I thought the monthly fee was to take care of keeping track. If it is keeping track why is it not giving me the current accurate information? Is the refresh button going to be a new feature I will have to use every time?

OMG...please disregard my topic. Overworked and needing a vacation! I found my problem and it is not Vendio. Had to do with turning off browser temp internet files settings.

fourjbss.... What did you adjust to fix the constant refreshing requirements? I have a similar problem. Everytime I check off a step in Post Sale I have to hit refresh to see the change.
