eBay recently introduced combined shipping discounts through eBay checkout. Vendio checkout does not support the following shipping discount scheme:
"Charge my highest shipping cost for the first item and $xx for each additional item"
Please add this option ASAP so we can syncronize the eBay and Vendio checkouts.
If you do not intend to add this option in the near future please let us know.
Thank you,
Jeff (ferretbee)

Dear Sonya,
Thank you for your reply and passing it on to Product Development.
I've been using Vendio for several months, and submitted several requests for improvements (especially in Post-Sale). I have not seen any progress in these areas. I am growing concerned that when you pass along requests and suggestions to Product Development that it either falls on deaf ears, or that Product Development is forced to spend its' resources on add-on services to increase revenue rather than improving the core product. It would be helpful to have an idea of Vendio's plans and priorities for the year. Sales Manager does not meet my needs right now, and if it is not going to change in the near future I really need to know.

Yes, that is a great suggestion, to let your customers know what improvements are upcoming. I'm in the testing stages of using your products and would love to know if some of these "overlooked" areas are being addressed.
I suggest you request the manager of your department review this messageboard so concerns of your customers can be addressed from a higher level. If you are the manager, maybe you need to meet with the manager of the product development department, then you could let those of us who use your service know better what and when to expect for the future.
I'd also like to suggest that you add a section to your website where customers can check to see your upcoming developments along with projected dates of implementation.
What I'm requesting is just plain old fashioned good customer service, an intangable that is required for good business but often overlooked by bigger businesses. I hope you guys don't fall into the latter because I like what I see so far in your products, bad customer service would certainly end any future relationship.
