Help! I am taking my pic's with a Sony Dig Camera. I edit them in Arc Soft - they look GREAT!!! clear, bright, crisp!
I place them in ad's - pic's are dark, blurry..really look awful. Why? Please advise! Thanks, [email protected]

Are you viewing your pics/auctions using the AOL browser? I'm assuming you are since you have an AOL email address. I suspect the reason is that AOL compress their images differently than other browsers. What you need to do is, depending on which AOL Version you're using, Go to SETTINGS, THEN TO WWW INTERNET OPTIONS, on the top TAB choose AOL BROWSER, then Under WEB GRAPHICS you need to SELECT ..NEVER COMPRESS GRAPHICS as your option setting...CLICK OK to finish. Then reboot your computer. When you go back to view your auctions, your pictures will be clear..Hope I've helped..
