I did a bunch of eBay GTC (good till cancelled) items starting a month ago, and the first set just turned up in my post sale management as closed. However, they are still active on eBay. Is this a glitch in your system - do I have to import these now? Can this be corrected, so it doesn't happen again? I'm afraid I will mistake one of the GTC auctions as one that i have to re-list and end up with 2 on eBay when I only have one. I don't have time to check each and every one that comes up in the future. Please look into this.

Hello toyspast,

They only sit there for a moment while the system refreshes the date, as eBay will actually list the closing date as a month from the listing date, then recycle. When it restarts the date, the system will drop them to the closed section, according to this month timeframe, then move them back over to active when eBay resets the date and the system recognizes it during the next refresh.

You can speed this process by placing a checkmark beside those items in closed and using the refresh button built into the page (not to be confused with the one built into your browser.)

Regards,
Christopher
