Hi ... I've noticed the past three updates I made to items shipped have not "taken" ... as in ... I ship the items, tick off the box indicating the item shipped (box #5) and when I go back to look, the item is still listed as needing to be shipped and box #5 is no longer filled in.
a sample of this is my item # 647963868.
Can you look into this please?
I'll be having trouble keeping track of what I have shipped if this isn't fixed quickly.

This item is checked off as being shipped. Did you get this resolved on your own? Or can you provide another example number?
