I have changed my location to "midwest" in ebay site specifics, but has had no effect, and still gets posted in ebay as what it was previously. I am forced to go in and revise every listing individually in ebay. How do I make this take effect without having to manually edit every ad after it's posted?
There are two places the location appears in your Vendio account. One is in the listing itself, so that would apply to any existing items. The other would be the default setting in your eBay Site Specifics, which will apply to all new items you create.
Any items existing in your account prior to making a change to your default setting will need to be edited in Vendio to reflect the new setting prior to listing. Any items you create and list as new auctions will pick up your default settings.

I know where the ebay site specifics are and made the change; however, I use Sales Manager Pro..where do I change it there?
Pro uses the default settings you have online. Once you make a change to your location online for the default, just do a synch without uploading any batches so Pro can update with the latest changes.
Existing items in pro you can change the location via the eBay Site Information tab. There is a link labeled 'Modify' in the upper right hand side of this page where it shows what the location is currently set at.
