Hello: I just signed up with Vendio for the free trial of the Sales Manager. I am currently ignorant. lol
I am looking for someone to comminicate with that can go over the basic process of this whole thing in conjunction with ebay.
Like, if I'm using vendio, am I being charged twice for things I list? Fees on ebay and fees on vendio? Do I need all of the different services on Vendio or just the Sales Manager?
I just haven't found anywhere a good overall understanding of how all these pieces fit together.
Basically;
-I have a bunch of stuff I want to auction on ebay.
-I am making this my full time business.
-I think Vendio will be very useful in being successful, especially on the business side of things.
-I am not clear on all these different fees; fees on ebay, paypal, vendio, and on it goes.
I'm trying to get a real perspective all in ONE PLACE of how ALL the FEES here and there actually effect my one listing.
-Are my customers actually paying through paypal or vendio?
-I have difficulty comprehending information that is all spread out in different pieces (I always have, it a challenge I face) I can overcome that if I can get all the information together in one place and see how things all relate to one another. I can really get it if a person tells me. I comprehend easily by hearing.
Anyway this is a big posting and if anyone is out there that is willing to work with me a bit I will be extremely thankful.

Your best bet would be to contact one of our trained CSR's. They will be able to provide you with the best and most accurate information.

Since you have been advised to contact a Vendio Rep, I will leave the explaning to them. But, I will tell you that if you are planning on doing this full time, Vendio is worth every penny of the fee. If you use the Post Sale features wisely, they will save you a ton of time and keep you organized.
You will see a lot of complaining on here, but if you ask questions and put in a little effort, you can work around most any situation. Most of the time the answer is right under your nose, all you have to do is look for it.
