Hello, Is there anyway that my email messages in Post Sale can include FirstName field rather than the buyers eBay screen name? It's a lot more personal to address someone by their name.
Anybody else? And please don't tell me it's available using "Customer Manager" ( i don't want to pay for that simple request).

Nope, there's no way to do that. I requested that macro be added several months ago and still nada. It's very discouraging.
If you want to include the buyer's first name, you can edit the WBN prior to sending it since there is currently no Macro for 'first name'. I will log a suggestion with Product Development for this to be available in the future.
