I've never been able to get the customer's email address to import into UPS worldship Online. I've spoken to UPS tech support and found the reason is that there are 3 more pieces of data that need to be imported and mapped in order for the Ship Notification to work. For these purposes the needed data can remain static (Y, Y, e-mail), but we need Vendio to add the columns and data to the csv file.
These would make more sense in a table:
Quantum_View_Option (Y or N) = Package #21 QVN or Return Notification Option
Ship_Notification (Y or N) = Package #26 QVN or Ship Return Notification Option
Type (e-mail or fax) = Package #33 Notification Recipient 1 Fax or e-mail
I can clarify this if you're willing to improve the csv export. Please let me know what your intentions are.

p.s. the Vendio instructions say to use the item number as the Define key. This causes problems when 2 customers buy a FP item with the same item number. I'm trying out the email address as the Define key instead.
