Okay, tell me if Post-Sale Acceleration works in this scenerio.
I have Customer Manager and I have it set-up so that my regular email address forwards to my CM (the @vendio.com) address through my website host. I am receiving all email sent to my regular email at CM.
I have Ebay and PayPal set up with may regular email (the one that forwards to CM). The email I have on file with Vendio is the CM address Vendio assigned me (the @vendio.com address which is where my regular address is forwarded to).
Will Post-Sale Acceleration work in this scenio when a customer doesn't use the vendio checkout?

Sounds like this is correct and will work for your post sale. However, it does seem like a lot of extra work at the expense of a lot of potential for failure or complicated issues. Is it possible to just direct everything to Vendio? What's the advantage of flooding your normal address and then redirecting to Vendio?
Best Regards,

I use the website email address so that I can create name recognition for my website and company name. I'm still on the free trial with you guys but as soon as I've made a firm decision to hang around, I'm going to set up my email domain so that my outgoing mail uses the same email address.
And that brings up a question, I need to know if the Email Domains option that is listed in the Customer Manager and costs $25 to set up is what I think it is. Is that option so that I can set up my regular email address that uses my website domain so that my outgoing responses from Customer Manager will have that domain name in the email address that is in the FROM field? Example, instead of all my outgoing mail showing [email protected] as the from email address, will this set up make is so that all my outgoing mail will show [email protected]? or whatever email I want?
