Hello Vendio,
I tried to import some "second-chance" auctions this morning and it has not come through. When I go to the import tab, it tells me that there is an error and that it is "pending". I've waited hours and nothing has come through. Can you help? Thanks so much!
Importing can take up to 24 hours to finish. If it has been longer than 24 hours, and the import hasn't completed, please let us know so we can investigate further.

I'm having the same problem and having a hard time understanding why imports may take up to 24 hours???? They did not used to. What has changed?
It has always been a process that can take up to 24 hours. If it takes longer than that, it's usually because there are a lot of items to import at that time.
