I don't see where to enter the handling fee for the calculated shipping option. I've been entering the weight and size of my packages, then after the auction is launched, I have to revise it... Am I missing something?

Hi Kelly,
When you create listings and you select calculated shipping as an option, you are to enter in the weight and the dimensions of the package. Shipping will be calculated based on that information, and your billing zip code. You should not have to revise anything -- what is the reason you are revising this area after the auction ends?

Sonja - I'm talking about when I LAUNCH the auction, not when the auction is ended. I incorrectly assumed that your calculated shipping connected with Ebay's calculated shipping option, which allows the seller to enter a handling fee which is added to the actual cost (the buyer doesn't see this.) I now realize that vendio's calculated shipping has nothing to do with ebay's calculated shipping, and furthermore, Vendio's calculated shipping doesn't seem to allow for any handling fee.
Too bad. I LOVE Ebay's calculated shipping, because I don't have to deal with providing shipping quotes, AND I can add in a nominal handling fee. This amount is added automatically when the customer pays. The only bother is I must quickly go in and revise my auctions at ebay every time they are launched from vendio.
Any hopes of Vendio's calculated shipping being revised to add a handling fee? And any hopes of this actually connecting with ebay's calculated shipping?
eBay's checkout is completely separate from our checkout, but I will be happy to put in a suggestion for more calculated options on your behalf. You can set up a markup and discounts and such for Vendio shipping in My Account > Global preferences.
Regards,
Sonya
