Hi:
Been playing with the:New Vendio Sample #1.
The custom text boxes are great.
However on the top tabs there is a tab called: Additional Information.
At this time there is nothing in the text box.
The text I have set at this time as Default Text would go great there.
How can I get to this Additional Info box to put text in it?

Hello,
The Additional Information section is reserved for your Vendio storefront logo, if you choose to insert one into your listings.
I would take the default listing text and place it down into one of the other custom fields, and give it a seperate header from the Additional Information. Just note that these custom listing texts will only appear in the new style templates, so dont move your default listing text unless you have switched over to using all of the new style of templates.
Regards,
Christopher

I have the Vendio Logo checked but it's not showing on Ebay in the AI box.
The AI box is empty at Ebay.

Hello,
When I checked your listings, the logo for your Vendio gallery was appearing in the Additional Information section.
If you cannot see this in your own listing, try placing your cursor in that location. Does your cursor change showing you that there is a link in that space? Perhaps the graphic is somehow not loading for you if that is the case. Try simply clearing your browsers temp files or even right-clicking on the image and using the 'show picture' option.

Hi Christopher:
Am getting nothing from either style templet!
Maybe it won't show for me since they are my auctions.
Wouldn't show in the preview either.
The only time it showed for me was in the templet work shop!
Guess it's OK as long as others can see it.
Just thought that empty space could be put to use!

Hello,
That is really odd, I cannot say why you would not be able to see it just because it was your own.
Is the graphic loading for you just above this text?

Christopher

Hello,
Are you getting a little red X or something in it's place instead?
Try right-clicking if you can see where it should be coming up, then use the 'show image' option to see if you can force it to load. Its a pretty basic Gif image.
How about this one? I made a Jpeg version of the same graphic and hosted it in a different location than the default.

Christopher

Yes I can see this one.
When I run the cursor over the other could not pick it up, and by right clicking : nothing.
No red X nothing! on the others.

A question about the new templet!
Is there any way to run auctions in inventory with the new templet?
Or would I have to rewrite them all?

Thanks anyway!
I figured it out!
Now is there anyway you could improve your editing process?
Editing & working in inventory is as slow a molasses in January on this site!
