I'm new to Sales Manager (used to use Sales Manager Pro) and finding it difficult to "copy" one item, revise it a little to make a new item.
So far I:
Create listing, which goes to Pending and Inventory. From there I have found I can only "copy" an item if I have it in Pending and make a copy. Is this correct?
Is there any way to be in Inventory and make a copy without having to launch the item to Pending first?

Hello,
Currently there is no copy feature in inventory. There is a workaround for this however. If you have an item in inventory currently that you want to use as a copy, click on the title for that item, then check the box in the upper right hand side of the page labeled 'profile.'
When you save this item as a profile item, you can then go to create a listing from the Sales Manager tab and apply all of the specifics of that profile item to your new listing.

Hello,
It will actually copy everything from the orgiinal over into the new item, when you apply that profile. This will include all of your decription HTML used.
