I have used Auctionwatch/Vendio for a long time. After taking a 3 month break from selling I have found that I can no longer write in the description box on the auction listing page as well as not being able to attach images. When I try to type in the description box the cursor won't even move at all. When I try to attach an image, when I hit the attach button nothing happens.....Is Vendio no longer webtv compatable????????????

Hi, I`m a long time Webtv user, was also unable to use Vendio after taking a break. After much trial and error, with NO help from Vendio, I found that going to "Help Utilities" feature at Webtv, clearing cookies, shutting down power for a minute or two, then powering up again, I was able to use all features at Vendio and eBay. With all the software changes at Vendio and eBay, it`s necessary to clear cookies every time you use either of these sites, even at eBay, if you want revise auctions or leave feedback. The best thing you can do is save "help utilities" on one of your Favorites keys so it`s easily accessible. Hope this helps. Mike
