In about 1 out of 3 listings my images do not make it to ebay, don't know why. Also, in the last day or two sales manager does not show all of our listigs or bids. Is Vendio having tech problems or what? Also, gallery images is not the one I selected-shows another image from the set. What's going on? I like the super size images, but if this keeps up I'm going to stop using Vendio.

Hello,
As you are creating your listings, please make sure that you click on the Attach Image button after you select your image. Previewing the image will not actually attach it to the listing as the preview feature will simply allow you to easily select the correct image from your list. After you attach the image, be sure you save your listing. If you use the "back" button on your browser to return to your pending list before saving, your images will not be attached.
Your Sales Manager active list matches your eBay Seller List. Were the missing items, recently launched auctions? You may need to refresh your Active Listings to make sure your hits and bids are up to date.
Regarding gallery image, when you choose the gallery option on the create listing page, make sure that you select the image you want to apply to the right. If you need to change the gallery image you may do so from this URL:
This URL can be used in any auction and can be altered to point to any image in your list simply by changing the image filename portion - just be sure that the filename *exactly* matches the filename on our site (case-sensitive.)
