I don't know if I am posting this question in the correct area or not. Anyway, is there some way to get credit back for items that are purchased through the storefront but not paid for? I have a woman who purchased several items from me who lives in Brazil and now is refusing to pay for them because she says the money exchange rate is too high. (Well dummy, you should have checked that before you started shopping!!) Anyway, I wonder if there is some way to get a credit back from Vendio for those items that I am not going to get the money for. Something like Ebays FVC? Thanks so much...Hope to hear from someone who might know and can tell me how to go about getting the credit if it is possible.....Karen
