I am a new user and wanted to know if I can just send out a typical invoice without using your checkout. I have about 60% repeat business and don't want my customers to have to enter info for each and every little item.

Hello,
At this time, the only automatic notice is for the checkout system. If you wanted, you could edit your default post sale message to direct your buyers elsewhere if you had another method of tracking past purchases.
You could do this via the My Account tab, under the Post Sale Mgmt Options link found within.
