Hello
I have a winner on two auctions that has not yet pay (8 days old) I want to report but see no link or button on post sales? Am I just missing it or something

Hi Ladyjewels2000,
Easiest out? If your "my eBay" page shows "send reminder" in your "sold items" section, click it and send a reminder to pay up. Otherwise, the NPBA form is in the "SafeHarbor" section. Send out a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. If this all fails, cancel the sale and relist the item. But be sure to request credits for the fees charged by eBay as a "sold" item.

But I really want to keep track in Vendio post sales and on single sales there is a link to report NPB to ebay. It works really well and keeps track of the days and everything.
I guess I'll have to do it the hard way?
Any help Vendio?

Hello,
eBay does not recognize the order number for combined auctions in Vendio, so you will have to first split the order and file an NPB for each individual auction through post sale. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".
