Yesterday, 2/24, an item sold, (3800114397). It went into the post sale column dated 2/25 as a no sale. Later, an unsold active item shows up as closed then reappears later active again. Today item no 3800134197 is sold and appears in the post sale column as unsold. What is happening?

Dear frankbank,
I do not find either item you have outlined in your post-sale section, and it does not appear that they were archived. Are these items that you may have relisted on eBay directly or deleted from Sales Manager when they were active? You should be able to track these items in using Track Other Listings, but note that if you relist on eBay directly and use track, there can be unexpected results.
Also, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache, as it appears that you may be viewing cached pages.

Both of these items are still in the post-sale column as no sales. Both were sold and both were paid for with Paypal. All of my auctions were launched from Vendio, none were relisted or otherwise launched through ebay. 3800134197 was sold yesterday and immediately showed up in post-sale as a no sale with todays date! Not a cache issue as Vendio has reached into the future, not the past. Please check this out a little closer.

Hello,
I removed the item from closed by archiving it, and used Track Other Listings to get it back into your closed section -- it is now showing up with post sale keys so you can go ahead and invoice the winner. I noticed you have another item in closed that has a winner and no keys, so you can try doing the above to get it with post sale keys in your account. If you have trouble with this please let us know.

Hi everyone,
Sometimes if there is a communication error between us and eBay post-sale keys will not appear even though your listing closed with a winner.
In this case, you should be able to just click the check-box next to the closed item, then the "Refresh" button at the top of your active column, then wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page using your browser's refresh button. This will normally pull in the post-sale keys for you.
