Hello
I have noticed that if I change shipping after an auction is over (as on combining 2 wins for the same bidder)when I save and then go back it's not really changed. I once quoted shipping during the auction and when he won - I went in and changed it to be the exact amount that I quoted - sent the WBN immediately. Then when he used the WBN or check out - it went back to the old amount? And that was NOT a combined win.
The only way that I see this will work is to edit - save and then edit again and send-then pray.

I have to take that back - just checked one I changed yesterday and it is still showing the priority calculated only and I filled in the amounts for parcel and fixed priority TWICE.
Is there anyway to fix this before she replies-this is a combined winner.
There is also another combined winner I just check and it shows nothing under the weight on a calculated so she will get an error or something. No a real problem here because she is a NPB but it's has me concerned that any change I make will be wrong

Where are you changing the shipping? Please let us know the old amount, what the new amount should be, and the item ID or order number so we can take a look at the problem.

The two combined auction numbers are 653516833 and 652530368. These were originally 4 auction - these are the combined ID number.
I used the combined button and change the shipping then. Save information and went back in and it wasn't changed. So I changed it again (edited) and sent it. Open it up to look and it's still not changed. The first number just paid and there is a totally different figure in the shipping. If you look at the second it still says calculated (which I edited and changed to fixed) but there is no weight?

Hello,
I have checked the two orders and indeed, there is no weight or dimensions added. When you combined them, you filled out all these fields? After you tried to change, did you click Save? If you entered in priority calculated and tried to save with no weight or dimensions, the would tell you you have to enter in a weight.

Hi Sonya
Sorry for the delay but I was too busy packing my all my items to ship.
I changed from calculated to fixed and drop the weight and size all together. Edited and saved a couple of times on each.
I had another combined last Thursday and I did the same thing and it worked just fine. So I guess I'll just keep an eye on it and hope for the best.
