How can I use Post sale and checkout on a canceled auction when the item is sold off line and must be shipped?

Hello,

Post Sale and Checkout can only be used on auction items or store items that have been completed. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use it if you sold the item offline, independent of an auction or store.
