This has happened a few times. Customer goes through check-out steps to combine multiple auctions; then they pay with Paypal & the payment applied twice - same ID #. Here is an example. ORDER 655510313. Thanks...Susan

This payment was applied twice and you will need to delete it. You can select the post sale keys for this item to get to the fullfillment page. From there delete one of the payments.
This could have happened several different ways and it's hard to pin point it with the information I have available. If you can provide more info on what you did and the customer did during the payment process, that would help.

I know the payment was applied twice. That's why I left a message. I know how to delete the extra payment from the fulfillment checklist. I want Vendio to find out why this is happening. It has happened a few times since my first message. The latest was this morning, my order #656495782.
Please look into this.
DO NOT respond with instructions as to how to delete the extra payment. DO NOT respond by telling me the payment was posted twice. I KNOW these things. I am just reporting a potential problem.
I have escalated this problem to engineering, so we can determine the reason behind the double payment application. I will be in touch with you when I receive updates on this.
