Hi, I have always used Vendio even when it was Auction Watch, I just started using their post sale management feature, I only use it for a couple of steps, marking paid, shipped date and sending notification of shipping. I notice that I do not get a copy of the email sent. Could someone please tell me how I can get a copy for my records or if someone questions when shipped, I could retrieve this email and forward it on. Would I be better off clicking on their email address and sending the item shipped notification that way. Thanks,
