I am trying to launch auctions, but for some strange reason I am having two problems. One, the auctions that I set up to launch over the last week are not showing my shipping charges, and Two, the auctions I am trying to launch today is asking me to "Choose One" of the auction sites, but isn't giving me options.
HELP!!!

The listings will only take the preferences if they were set before the listing was created.

Did you change the settings before or after you created the listing?

Are you using the Sales Manager system? If so, you should select the Auction Site before as the first step.

Although this is a new account, i have used Vendio for years now. Last week, everything in the online Sales Manager launched perfectly from Inventory. The problem is that I choose my items to launch, click launch, and the next page it lists everything to be launched. I click the time and date, but the "Choose One" drop box only gives one option- Choose One. Ironically, each item that is in the list of items to be launched is set up to be launched into Vendio Stores, Ebay, and Ebay stores according to the list of site icons located on the launch page.

OK, I figured it out, it is because it is a new account and my trial period expired. I hadn't chosen a type of account. Now I did that, and my only other problem is that I cannot seem to get the shipping costs into my auction listings even though it shows them in my seller preferences. Any suggestions???

Well, again, you can't get the shipping options or preferences to show up in the listings after they have posted to Ebay.

I just created a test listing for you. I left it in your pending section so you could view it. It shows the Seller Preferences in the ad.
Best Regards,
