The problem you have described appears to be related to the WebTV platform, which Vendio does not actively support. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a fix for this. You may be able to work around it by listing your auctions directly on eBay, and using our system to host your images. Once your auction has been launched and is active, simply select 'existing auction' rather than 'new auction' from the drop-down menu in image hosting. The images will be automatically attached to your auction under the description.
Hopefully another WebTV user will read the post and add more knowledge.
Best Regards,
DarinCS

You need to clear your cookies at help utilities feature. Go to help utilities, hit clear cookies, power off, wait till lights quit blinking, power up again, and you should be set. Save help utilities on one of your favorites keys, as you will need to use it often, Webtv cookies need to be cleared to use any features at Vendio or eBay. Mike (mgm209)

I am having the same problem, with both of my user accounts. I can type in the number in the Category box, but the minute I try to drop down to hit the continue button, the number in the box is gone! Cleared cookies, unpluged unit for 1 hour etc., nothing worked! Listed over the weekend at my friend's house, so did not see the problem until today. Please help, I have been with AW and Vendio for 5 years, and you have fixed alot worse problems for your Webtv customers. Thanks <p>mgm209, Were you able to type a category number in the box, and continue to the listing page?

outback1, I just tried create listing, no problem here, it went right to 2nd page with correct catagory. Do you have latest upgrade-2.8? Try clearing cookies again, no need to unplug box, just clear, power off for a minute, restart, that should do it. Mike

Hi,Thanks for the help. Tried all methods you gave us. We recieved another call from Vendio rep who let message on machine that he really didn`t know much about webtv. It seems that vendio customer reps. would find out about webtv.so that they could hewlp a customer. In the meantime We went to INKFROG.COM We can now list with no trouble on ebay. Thanks, for alllthe advise.

Tried everything and nothing worked. MGM209, I also have the 2.8 update, thank you for trying to help. I don't understand why your category numbers are holding in the box, and not being erased when you drop down to the continue box. For now, I am copying my closed auctions, to get the right Categories so I can list.

Hello webtv seller. I, too, have had the same trouble and emails from vendio do not offer much help. Guess I will try to go to the "frog" thing and see if it answers my problems. Thanks for the info.
We thank everyone for the help, tried al the suggestions including help from ebay. Still sorry to say we still can not list on vendio. Using INKFROG.com with no problems.
