Hi,
I'm new to Vendio....

1. Is there a way to duplicate a listing for similiar items?
2. Is there a better way to add an image
to the gallery in my listing? It takes forever scrolling though the list?

Thanks for any help...
Sherry

For your first question, the answer is yes. You can use the Copy link that will be next to each item in the active, pending, and post sale areas of your vendio account.

You can also use the relist and relaunch features. Depending on the purpose of your similar auctions, you may want to choose one method over another.

I'm not sure which way you're using but you should be using the drop down menu. The fastest way would be to use a naming scheme for your pictures that is easy to remember and then just type the name of the image you want to use in the text field above the drop down box.

Hope this helps.
Best Regards,

Re: An easier way of adding image to gallery....

you can right click on the image as it appears higher on the listing page and select "properties". You can then "copy" the image name (the part after the "/" and paste it in the "quick find" spot where you attach the image to the gallery - then hit enter key...image comes right up- (make sure you don't copy the "/" )..hopes this makes sense. It is really a big time saver!

Just wanted to jump in and say you can also use an Inventory Profile to easily list similar items. Once the profile is created, it can be applied as you create your listing.

To save an item as an inventory profile, just check the "Save this item in my inventory" option as you are creating your listing.

Once the listing is created and saved, click on Inventory in Sales Manager (the link is under Display Options in the lefthand navigation bar.) Locate your item, and click on the item title. Then, select "Profile Item" at the top of the page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button. You will now see that your profile item will be highlighted in yellow on your inventory page.

After this is completed, you will see that the inventory profile has been added to the drop-down list on the Choose Category page under Apply Profile.

Thanks,

Diana
