This may have been asked before, but I was wondering if I re-submit an item that ended with a high bidder that didn't end up paying, will that item qualify under the new re-listing refunds given if that item sells again? Will eBay recognize this when submitted thru Vendio? Or do we have to go another route? I was trying to figure out how they would know it was a re-listed item when it's actually a "copy" submitted by Vendio. Please let me know.
