Is there any way to edit the feedback comments that I input into a specific sequence?
I would like to to group comments for multiple orders and comments for return customers in groups, so that I don't have to go through the whole list to find them. I have tried entering them in groups, but it seems that when a new comment is added, it is not added to the list in any specific order, just placed in arbitrary positions.

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot group your set of customized feedback comments. They are added in no particular order each time you choose to save one.
