After reading the description of the new Vendio Gallery feature, and also displaying the page of all messages so as to clear them, the ad for the Vendio Gallery is still displaying in my Sales Manager control panel.

How do I clear it out?

It's quite a bit larger than the normal announcement line and it seems like having the top & the left of the page taken over for persistent ads should be enough....
