I have been using flat rate shipping charges and have active auctions with them. I want to change over to calculated shipping...

You can change your active auctions. For your future auctions: In order to get the calculated shipping option to appear on the Create Listing form, you first need to enable this option in your preferences. To do this, go to My Account -> Global Preferences. The option is located under Shipping and Insurance at the top of the page. Select the calculated shipping option from the drop-down menu, and save your preferences. This option should now appear on your Create Listing pages.
