I have had to communicate with this buyer by email because the ebay store items he purchased are not in post sale so there is no checkout for the buyer.

Hello,

The item is now in Post Sale. When this happens, we recommend that you locate the item in Active, select it and click the Refresh button. This updates your list where that item is concerned. You can then go to Post Sale and locate the item and complete the post sale for it.
