My pictures are not uploading. Had this problem yesterday and today. Never had trouble before. Is there an explanation? Thanks. 4/3/04
What happens when you try to upload your images? If you are having trouble uploading your images, please check the following:
1. Make sure your images are not too large in kilobytes - occasionally, images that are over 50 kb in size will cause your connection to time out.
2. Upload only one image at a time.
3. Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (including virus-checkers and pop-up blockers) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
4. Try using an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
5. If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.
