How do I make it so if an auction ends in a BUY IT NOW the shipping will be free but if it ends in as an auction, it will charge what I designate?

Please help, I have auctions that need to we launched tomorrow. Thanks!!

Hello,

The easiest way is to send your WBN manually, so you can edit it prior to sending to include the correct shipping. If you want to have the WBN go out automatically, you would need to set up 2 shipping options and make sure you specify one is for Buy It Now customers only. You can do that with the 2 customizable shipping fields.
