Is there a problem with this new "identity confirmation" thing?
I'm a long time vendio user but just added a new selling ID. The acct is set up on ebay. the Vendio acct is set up, except for adding the ebay acct info which can no longer just be typed in.
I click on the button to add the ebay info, bringing up a new window. The window has a button that is supposed to connect to ebay, but when I click on it I get an error that the browser cannot find that page. Is there a way to work around this?
I've got images uploaded and want to start listing tonight. Please help!

This account, SellBigStuff, already has an Ebay ID associated with it. You'll need to set up a new Vendio account because we don't allow multiple Ebay IDs on one account.
If you're trying to create a new Vendio account, please let me know what the account name.

I am trying to list auctions but it says i have multi accounts I dont remember having another account how can I list with venido ??
